Returns and Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 Is It Possible to Return an Order?

Yes, it is possible.

If the customer is not satisfied with the received items, they have the right to return the order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging, exactly as received.
  • Only normal handling necessary to inspect the product is permitted; damage caused by negligent or improper use excludes the right of return.
  • Products for which hygiene is essential must be returned in clean and unused condition.
  • If a product is defective upon delivery, the customer must document the defect immediately.
  • Viretti Milano reserves the right to charge the customer for any shipping costs incurred.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be formally approved within this period.
  • Viretti Milano reserves the right to refuse returns if there is reasonable suspicion that the products have been used, damaged, or altered through no fault of the company.

 

How to Initiate a Return Request

If the product meets the conditions listed above, the customer must proceed as follows:

  1. Send an email to:

  2. The email must include the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)
    • Customer’s full name
    • Customer’s complete address

Once the return request is approved, the customer must ship the item exclusively to our international distribution warehouse:

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer protection law, provided they are acting as private individuals and not for professional or commercial purposes.

 

Refunds as Store Credit for Sale Orders

For orders exceeding €100 placed during promotional or sale periods, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or a voucher, as specified in our general terms and conditions.

This approach allows us to continue offering competitive pricing and a highly personalized service.

 

A. Conditions of Withdrawal

Right of Cancellation

The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (excluding the carrier), receives the final item of the order.

Due to our fully automated logistics system, orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
For this reason, cancellation of an order before delivery is not possible.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement by email expressing the intention to withdraw from the contract.
The withdrawal becomes effective only after the physical receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse.

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.

 

Shipments in Transit

Products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia. This may result in longer transit times, over which we have no control.

If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. The customer must wait for delivery and then proceed with the return according to the prescribed procedure.

To expedite return processing, customers are requested to send the return shipment confirmation once the package has been dispatched.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal:

  • We will refund all payments received, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the date on which we receive both the withdrawal notification and the returned goods.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
  • No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.
