11.1 All goods ordered through the website are shipped directly from a supplier located outside the European Union.
11.2 For VAT purposes, delivery is deemed to occur outside the EU in accordance with applicable European regulations; therefore, Viretti Milano does not apply VAT.
11.3 The customer acts as the official importer of the goods in the destination country.
11.4 The customer is fully responsible for import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, and administrative charges.
11.5 Viretti Milano is not liable for delays, holds, additional costs, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures.
